Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach is a small town of picturesque beaches, hiking trails, a walkable downtown, and summer art festivals. While Laguna Beach has not only private beaches but amazing public beaches as well. Some of the local favorite beaches include Thousand Steps beach, Crescent Bay, and Victoria Beach. Some of these arts festivals include the Sawdust Art Festival, Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters. Located in southwest Orange County, Laguna Beach occupies 8.84 square miles, has a population of 23,000 and welcomes six million visitors each year. The City provides a full range of services, including recreational activities, cultural arts events, and police, fire, and marine safety protection. The highly rated Laguna Beach Unified School District is desirable for many residents. There are three main public schools within the district, El Morro elementary school, Thurston middle school and Laguna Beach high school.

Art galleries, shops and amazing restaurants line the roads of downtown Laguna Beach, allowing for both visitors and residents to find a bite to eat or a place to shop. Some of these cultural and artistic venues include Peter Blake Gallery, Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art and the Laguna Art Museum. Popular restaurants include the delicious Splashes Restaurant, The Cliff, and Nick’s. These eateries are highly recommended and also loved by fellow Laguna Beach residents.

Emerald Bay

Located in the desirable North Laguna, just south of Irvine Cove you will find Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay encapsulates the allure of the Riviera and is one of the most exclusive guard-gated beach communities. Emerald Bay includes homes on both sides of the Pacific Coast Highway and is one of the finest beach communities here in Orange County. This community is 1.311 square miles along the coast with 550 homesites.

Emerald Bay showcases a Mediterranean feel to it where endless boats park in the bay throughout the summer. When entering the community you will instantly notice the beautiful ocean-view estates with perfectly well-groomed landscaping which load the tree-lined streets. The geography additionally ensures that nearly every home within Emerald Bay reveals gorgeous views of the ocean, Laguna Beach and Catalina Island.

The homes on both sides of Pacific Coast Highway have access to this half-mile wide sandy beach. Irvine Cove

Irvine Cove is a wonderful area in North Laguna located just south of Crystal Cove, and just north of Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach, California. Situated on the both sides of Pacific Coast Highway, Irvine Cove is a very exclusive gated community with only 110 homesites in the the small enclave of homes. The 2,400 acres of open space surrounding Irvine Cove offer breathtaking views and feeling of privacy. Irvine Cove is bordered by rolling green hills and nature preserve land, and El Moro Canyon and Crystal Cove State Park. The nearby trails are available to active residents who enjoy going on hikes and cycling. A majority of the homes in Irvine Cove are single level homes that have great ocean views.

Irvine Cove residents enjoy a neighborhood park, private beach, and tennis courts in the middle of the community, only available to residents and guests of Irvine Cove. This cove has two beaches, with the more popular one being the larger southern beach. The privacy and serenity of the cove and the Pacific Ocean offers an appeal unlike anywhere else.
